縫っていると、糸が絡んでしまいます。

主に上糸が天秤から外れている、下糸が内釜の溝から外れていることが考えられます。
上糸、下糸をそれぞれ掛けなおしてみてください。
また内釜部（プラスチック製）の傷が考えされます。
内釜の針に近い部分に傷が無いか確認し、もし傷があれば、紙ヤスリなどで傷の部分を削って下さい。
