ぐし縫とは、針先だけを動かして、等間隔に細かく縫う方法のことです。

基本は並縫いと同じですが一般的に細かい縫い目をぐし縫いと言います。

ジャケット、ワンピースの袖付け部分を作るときの丸みを整える時や、スカートのギャザーを寄せる時などに良く使います。
